Shipping policy

MONET OMAR uses USPS as the shipping courier of choice. All shipping prices are automatically determined by USPS. Standard shipping times are 2-3 business days depending on your zip code. 

Business days do not include Saturdays/ Sundays or holidays. We at MONET OMAR can not ensure that you will receive your item(s) on the date given by USPS. If you are experiencing an extreme delay after your item(s) have been shipped, please contact USPS for further information at USPS.COM. If you have any questions about shipping and delivery, please send an email to customerservice@monetomar.com.

All orders placed on Friday after 12PM/EST,Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing on the following Monday.

UNDELIVERABLE ITEMS

MONET OMAR will NOT responsible for any delays in delivery caused by lost, stolen, unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping address entered. The address that the customer enters at the time of purchase will be the address that we use. Please look over your order and make sure that the shipping information that you enter is correct to avoid delay to your delivery.

If the address is entered incorrectly and is noticed within 24 HOURS of the placed order, the customer can contact the customer support team by email at customerservice@monetomar.com  with the order number, item description and the correct address and  we will attempt to make the corrections.
