REFUNDS

MONET OMAR does NOT offer refunds, however, we do issue store credit to use towards a future purchase. All requests for a return should be made by email within 7 days of your delivery date.

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging with tags intact. We will not accept any item(s) that show signs of wear and tear, washed or has an odor. Items that display any of the following listed will be rejected and returned at the customers expense. 

To request a return, you can contact us at CUSTOMERSERVICE@MONETOMAR.COM. After a receiving your items and if your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. RETURN SHIPPING IS AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE. WE DO NOT PROVIDE RETURN SHIPPING LABLES. We also suggest to provide us with tracking details so that we may track and process your return in a timely manner. Please allow 7-10 business days after we receive your return to be processed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and returned.

DAMAGES and ISSUES

All items will be inspected before shipping out to our customers but in case something is overlooked, we ask that you inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Essential items are non-returnable. NO EXCEPTIONS! UNLESS DAMAGED.

CANCELLATIONS

If you find that you have changed your mind about an order placed with us you may cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. Any orders needing to be returned after the allowed time mentioned should be requested through email at customerservice@monetomar.com 

 EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If the item is in stock and in the requested size, we will gladly make the exchange.
